Junior Application Engineer Valves

Job Summary

Flowserve is looking for a technically and commercially experienced inside salesperson for the position of Junior Inside Application Engineer for our valve department. In this function you will develop solutions for customers and partners for industrial and special applications. 
You will act as a technical product specialist in a team and work closely with sales, development, and other specialist departments within Flowserve.

Your role

• Support of the defined clientele in the office

• Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals

• Cost calculation, if necessary in cooperation with relevant departments

• Technical and commercial preparation of offers

• Order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order)

Your profile

• MBO or HBO degree in relevant field and 0-5 years relevant work experience

• Preferably you have work experience in a similar role such as, or as Inside Sales Representative

• Good communication skills in DUTCH and ENGLISH is mandatory to be successful in the role.

• Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking.

• SAP knowledge Experience in dealing with common MS Office applications

• You have a natural interest in technical products and how they operate.

• Curious mindset to absorb knowledge offered in trainings
