Job Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of new initiatives and monitors ongoing performance of all aspects of the programs to ensure projects are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within set deadlines, ensuring that quality standards and goals are achieved
• Establishing processes, procedures, and practices for teams to follow within the program ensuring adherence to all contractual and accreditation requirements and standards
• Ensuring that all relevant areas within the program strategies are supported and consistent with organizational business goals and regulations.
• Serves as subject matter expert and builds bridges across all areas within the organization. Translates corporate objectives into program objectives and practices

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 5 years - Management and/or leadership experience required
• 3 years - Experience in the LTSS program required
• 3 years - Experience with CMS, Medicaid and Medicaid LTSS regulations and contract management required

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
