We are seeking a creative and data-driven Product Manager who wants to partake in our journey towards profitability. In this role you will be responsible for experimenting with new ideas to reduce our operational costs, while preserving our customer and partner experience. You will be working closely with UX Design, Software Development, Finance, Marketing, and BI to drive this program with the right balance of external vs. internal customer obsession in mind. Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will identify opportunities and build customer-facing products that decrease our operational costs while preserving the customer experience. You will set the product vision for the team, collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, UX, finance, legal, data science and guide an engineering teams towards that vision. You will also be expected to elevate the quality of data instrumentation across the existing suite of both customer-facing and technical (APIs) products and are expected to instill a culture of making customer-centric decisions through data and insights. You will also be a mentor to the other product managers on the team. This is a technical product manager position that requires ability to work across organizations, know-how in driving a large-scale project from inception to launch, willingness to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities. An ideal candidate is data-driven, results oriented and has a note-worthy track record in building consumer products.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of achievements. You’ve shipped cool stuff that has moved the needle on key business & customer metrics. You have demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision.
- Data-centric and analytical. You have experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value. You also leverage your analytical skills and ability to dive deep to develop a nuanced understanding of your product and customers, and to create effective strategies. You also have a demonstrated ability to make high quality/high impact decisions in the absence of data and figure out how to gather data (through experiments, tests, etc) to support your decisions.
- Technical fluency. You have the ability to understand, discuss, and challenge architectural concepts, tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products
- Experience effectively influencing senior leaders (VP, SVP, C-level)
- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
- MBA or master’s degree
- A passion for music!
