As the Administrative Manager, you will oversee the daily operations at Montefiore Medical Group corporate offices, ensuring efficient administrative functions, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance. Your contributions will directly impact patient access, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.

Responsibilities
•    Oversee and manage daily administrative functions at Montefiore Medical Group corporate offices to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
•    Provide direct supervision to Motor Vehicle Operators and Project Associate, including performance evaluation, training, and professional development.
•    Monitor and manage the department’s budget while identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies.
•    Ensure office operations comply with Montefiore’s regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
•    Oversee inventory control and procurement of office supplies and equipment to support daily functions.
•    Manage patient access to the after-hours system, ensuring a seamless process for patients and providers.
•    Oversee payroll processes, timekeeping, and scheduling for administrative staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
•    Foster a positive work environment, encourage professional growth, and implement engagement strategies for staff retention.
•    Serve as the key point of contact between MMG headquarters and primary care practices, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
•    Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and program outcomes to support organizational goals.

Requirements
•    Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
•    Minimum of three years of related experience in a leadership role.
•    Strong organizational, financial, and communication abilities

Monday to Friday 0730A – 0400P
Location: 200 Corporate Drive Suite 175

Associates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after completion of one (1) year of service in their present position, with the following exception: an Associate who has received a written warning is not eligible for a transfer/promotion prior to six (6) months from date of issuance; an Associate who has been suspended is not eligible for transfer/promotion prior to one (1) year from date of suspension. Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Probationary period is six (6) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.
