Description:

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.  We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager, IT SAP OTC to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for The Manager, SAP OTC will be the delivery architect and main person responsible to support the SAP OTC solutions and it’s connecting applications for Hikma US sites. Implement SAP OTC new processes/solutions, integrate the SAP OTC with E-commerce, CRM and other systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP OTC-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Lead SAP OTC projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Design, implement, and manage the integration of SAP OTC with SAP CX, e-commerce platforms, and other solutions such as ASCTrac.
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end integrations between SAP and external systems, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
  • Take a hands-on role in system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Participate in designing and testing EDI connections with customers or 3rd parties.
  • Lead the design and optimization of key OTC processes such as order management, returns, and invoicing.
  • Develop solutions to improve SAP OTC efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the SAP OTC team and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulatory requirements across OTC processes
  • Manage and prioritize SAP OTC change requests, enhancements, and incidents in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across order-to-cash cycles.
  • Monitor system performance and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues in OTC transactions.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on SAP OTC capabilities and strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum: 
  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience planning, managing, developing, executing and maintaining SAP OTC module.
  • Strong experience integrating SAP OTC with other systems.
  • Strong experience in EDI connections.
  • Detailed knowledge of supply chain and logistics business processes required.
