We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage e-commerce campaigns, ensure platform accuracy, and resolve operational issues. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and support our marketing initiatives and events too.

What you will be doing

• Manage e-commerce campaigns and provide detailed reporting.
• Support and conduct checks to ensure that e-commerce platforms, product information, promotional details, and all other relevant website systems are configured correctly and adhere to pricing policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve any issues that may impact e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet e-commerce and retail marketing needs.
• Assist with off-site marketing and promotional activities, including roadshows, trade shows, and consumer seminars.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

What you should have

• Strong project management and marketing execution skills are essential.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• No prior experience is required as this is an entry level role; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Solid analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
