Since our founding in 2012, we've become the World's Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 again in 2024 – but we're just getting started. </p> <p> </p><p><span><strong>How You'll Make an Impact:</strong></span></p> <p>As a <span><strong>Regional HR Specialist</strong></span>, supporting the EMEA and APAC regions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless People Operations across a diverse and dynamic set of countries. This position ensures compliance with local employment laws and contractor agreement management, while supporting operational HR processes and maintaining accurate HR data across both regions. You’ll also assist in Payroll and Benefits coordination and serve as a vital link between Team Members, Managers, and the broader People Team, helping deliver an exceptional team member experience globally.</p> <p>In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive employee information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. We’re not just People Team, we’re culture shapers, problem solvers, strategy supporters, and people-first builders.</p> <p><span><strong>What You Bring to the Team:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Regional HR &amp; People Operations Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from team members and managers in the EMEA and APAC, escalating complex matters when needed.</li> <li>Manage daily HR administrative activities, including support for local compliance tasks, and assisting with payroll and benefits coordination in partnership with the dedicated Payroll and Benefits team.</li> <li>Support lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and status changes.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and other People teams to ensure timely processing of Spain-specific HR transactions and to provide accurate data to the Payroll and Benefits team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Documentation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li> <li>Maintain HRIS and team member files with accuracy and confidentiality.</li> <li>Assist with legal claims, audits, and report preparation.</li> <li>Distribute policies and ensure team members are informed of HR guidelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>HRIS &amp; Data Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Update and maintain accurate team member data in the HRIS (Workday).</li> <li>Generate routine HR reports and assist in basic data analysis.</li> <li>Help review and maintain the accuracy of data related to compensation, benefits, and PTO.</li> <li>Partner with Business Systems to resolve data discrepancies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Payroll &amp; Benefits Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of relevant data.</li> <li>Address EMEA and A
