Purpose of the Role
The Senior Manager, Subcontracts will lead the negotiation, execution, and management of complex procurement contracts to support Worley’s ambitious journey towards delivering sustainable change. This role ensures alignment with our strategic objectives, fostering collaborative relationships with contractors and stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of integrity and contractual compliance. By driving innovation and sustainability across procurement processes, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving Worley’s ambition to derive a majority of its revenue from sustainability-focused projects.
