About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for Handover + Close Out from Owner to Four Seasons, including all FF&E related aspects to the opening of this project. The Project Manager role requires skilled decision-making, and problem-solving resolution/management necessary to keep each project on schedule, and on brand. This position will coordinate with Four Seasons Department heads to contribute relevant input on scheduling and construction related matters to provide direction and consistency throughout the process; allowing the operational Team to focus on operational issues rather than project management. 

What you will do

• Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Represent Four Seasons interests in day-to-day construction to align schedules and minimize impact on the project timeline and budget.
  • Liaise with the Four Seasons Corporate Office design team to ensure construction meets the highest quality of Four Seasons design criteria.
  • Coordinate with Comcast Project Manager, general contractor, and hotel department heads to manage a schedule for vertical transportation usage in order to minimize the impact on hotel operations and guest experience.
  • Work closely with the general contractor, architects, engineers, and other specialists to facilitate project completion on time and on budget.
  • Verify construction finish out adheres to design criteria outlined in Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Work closely with Comcast PM and Four Seasons Corporate Design to vet RFIs directed to Four Seasons and give positive direction in a timely manner.
  • Assist Comcast PM with Mockup room and spearhead sample approval through FS design channels.
• Meeting Participation:
  • Attend weekly construction meetings and provide input from hotel operations.
  • Lead weekly Four Seasons construction meetings to update hotel operations on the construction schedule and progress.
  • Participate in weekly sales resume meetings to discuss the 30-day event report and relay key dates to the Comcast Project Manager and general contractor.
• Internal Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the sales and catering team on potential client contracts involving construction clauses and relay back to Comcast PM.
  • Work with the catering team to manage load-in/load-out of meeting spaces to facilitate elevator usage.
  • Work with hotel front desk and reservations department to minimize interruption to guest experience.
• Marketing and Public Relations:
  • Coordinate with the Director of Marketing and PR to arrange photoshoots for
