They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion.&nbsp;</p> <p>What Will You Be Doing?<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate department records.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Understand and accurately processes ship short orders.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;May be required to operate powered lift equipment.<br>What Are We Looking For?<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;High School Diploma or equivalent&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendation&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent problem-solving skills&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong attention to detail&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work in high demand, high volume environment and meet deadlines&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have exemplary performance in regard to attendance, accuracy and productivity&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Comprehends verbal and written instructions&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to work both independently and within a team&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Essential days or overtime may be required&nbsp;</p> <p>What's
