Join the Business Technology, Go-To-Market team, where we closely partner with business stakeholders to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving outstanding Customer and employee experiences. We specialize in developing and supporting innovative business and technical led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions. Salesforce is the primary platform alongside other powerful platforms like Marketo, Conga/Apttus, Reltio & WD Financials

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key individuals to define requirements and ensure they align with the overall business and technology strategies and planned projects.
• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
• Evaluate and address dependencies across different teams and systems.
• Understand business requirements, create/refine user stories, and partner with the Development team to deliver solutions and plans.
• Utilize your understanding and proficiency in business to discover chances for enhancing processes and act as a reliable technology consultant for business users.
• Be actively involved in the implementation process and provide support during critical transition periods.
• Maintain a high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations for integration or functionality intersection points.
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the business operations team to identify, strategize, and implement projects and continuous improvements.

About You

Sr Associate Business Systems Analyst Requirements

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the information technology industry or relevant project management experience
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Certification encouraged) and Lightning web components
• Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• End to end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and change management.
• Background in Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, introduction of new products or monetization strategies
