Location: 736 N. Magnolia Ave., Orlando, FL 32803
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours per week)

APG Research is a rapidly growing clinical research facility dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing mental health research. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable & Invoicing Specialist with strong administrative and accounting expertise. This role is vital to supporting our research billing processes and operations while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities related to our clinical research studies.
Position Summary
The Accounts Payable & Invoicing Specialist will report directly to the CEO, managing and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in invoicing and accounting. Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial administrative tasks, including creating, reviewing, and maintaining invoices with precision.
- Prepare accurate invoices for pharmaceutical companies participating in clinical research studies.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Communicate with vendors and partners regarding contracts, payments, and reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for financial and executive documents.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives related to research.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in invoicing and accounting roles.
- Proven expertise in invoicing, billing, and financial recordkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, on-site role: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours per week).
