Responsibilities
We are seeking a senior-level leader to serve as the program manager for a large, complex program. The leader will also serve as the primary POC for our U.S. Government Customer. In this role, the Program Manager will provide oversight and support in these areas: overall leadership and guidance for Peraton personnel including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall performance. The PM shall be responsible for quality and efficiency, including both technical issues and business processes. The individual selected for this position will be located on-site at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI and occasionally travel Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
· Active TS with SCI eligibility
· 15 years of experience, with a minimum of five years of experience managing a program similar in complexity to the requirements of this posting. (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10+)
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management or security-related field
· Senior-level professional military education (e.g., National War College)
· Demonstrated experience drafting and implementing Program Management Plans, Transition-In Plans, and identifying risk with applicable mitigation plans.
· An active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
· Senior military/DoD leadership experience leading large and complex organizations in geographically dispersed locations
· INDOPACOM experience, to include Service component commands
· Masters degree in a related field
· Previous experience managing large and complex programs (to include oversight/execution of military OAI) valued at $200M annually or more
· Previous experience managing FEDSIM programs in either industry or government
· Previous experience as Chief of Staff or Director of Operations

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
