Working with the sales leadership team, the Enterprise Account Executive will have had experience in a business-to-business setting in a technology field and will have been a top performer throughout his/her career. The Enterprise Account Executive will both prospect and close full sale cycles within Enterprise new logo accounts in their territory with the potential to upsell the existing customers that are brought on.
Hunt new logo $2B+ in revenue accounts by planning and organizing daily schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Execute prospecting campaigns with proactive customer and prospect outreach.
Keeps management informed by submitting results reports, weekly updates and monthly and quarterly territory analyses.
Careful and continual updating of appropriate Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to include SalesForce.com
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing responses, and making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Required Skills and Education:
At least 5-7 years of sales experience, including experience selling software/technology products Proven track record of results in selling Enterprise level software
Demonstrated ability to work with and sell into the "C-Level"
Develops a thorough understanding of BitSight's products, updating service knowledge and sales presentations as technical specifications change to ensure consistency with the current marketing position.
Must have strong consultative and solution selling skills
Research and penetrate key accounts $2B+ in revenue to gain understanding of their market and industry, and to assess business opportunities.
Practices effective, ongoing customer relationship management techniques
Submits standard sales reports, such as, weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports on a regular and timely basis
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Security, Vendor Risk, or GRC sales management skills preferred.
