As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, OEM & Logistics , you will play a key role in expanding UVeye’s footprint within the automotive manufacturing sector. This strategic sales role is designed for a proactive and analytical professional who thrives on identifying complex enterprise opportunities, cultivating executive relationships, and driving large-scale adoption of innovative automotive technologies. You will focus on high-value B2B engagements, long-cycle enterprise sales, and OEM and Logistics suppliers partnership development to integrate UVeye’s vehicle inspection platforms into the core infrastructure of automotive manufacturers and logistics suppliers
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Drive OEM & Logistics Business Growth: Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise opportunities with automotive OEMs and Logistics suppliers to scale UVeye deployments across manufacturing and logistics supply chain.
- Build Strategic OEM & Logistics suppliers Relationships: Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships across engineering, innovation, operations, and procurement divisions within OEM & Logistics organizations.
- Enterprise Prospecting & Outreach: Lead strategic outreach campaigns, tailoring your approach through research, technical discovery, and value-driven storytelling across multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, in-person).
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. Track opportunities from discovery to close, ensuring visibility and rigor in forecasting.
- Industry Representation: Represent UVeye at automotive OEM conferences, manufacturing innovation expos, and strategic partner showcases to raise awareness and generate interest in our solutions.
- Sales & Product Collaboration: Work closely with UVeye’s sales, engineering, and product teams to shape customer solutions, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure readiness for enterprise deployments.
- OEM and Logistics suppliers Go-to-Market Strategy: Align with marketing and strategy teams to develop campaigns, content, and initiatives targeted at key OEM segments.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor automotive trends, competitor offerings, regulatory shifts, and OEM innovation roadmaps to inform business development strategy.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use engagement metrics, feedback loops, and performance analysis to refine your outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, account management, or strategic sales with a focus on automotive OEMs, Logistics suppliers, or mobility technology platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing long, complex sales cycles and engaging stakeholders across multiple departments (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Procurement, Strategy).
- Strong understanding of OEM product development lifecycles, OEM supply chain and distribution, compliance requirements, and innovation adoption dynamics.
- Skilled at building relationships with C-level and VP-level leaders in highly matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and outreach tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel to OEM headquarters, trade shows, and strategic partner sites as required.
- Experience working with OEM innovation or digital transformation teams on product integration or pilot deployments.
- Background in computer vision, automotive software platforms, or AI-based systems (strong plus).
