About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr Business Analyst to provide crucial analytical support to our Professional Services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for administering our PSA system (NS/OpenAir), reviewing and processing contracts, and delivering in-depth projects and financial analytics. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, execute necessary processes, monitor progress and results, and continuously seek and implement improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Analyze project schedules and invoicing data, providing insights and resolving discrepancies.
  • Administer the PSA system (OpenAir) and PS DocuSign, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Utilize internal and external data to enhance forecasting accuracy and actuals for PS revenue.
  • Work closely with project managers, sales operations, legal, and account management to optimize the book-to-bill process.
  • Act as the analytical lead for small migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and project efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze PS purchase orders in NetSuite, providing actionable insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of experience in professional services operations or data analysis, ideally within a software/SaaS company.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze contracts and related terms and conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed judgment calls based on data analysis.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and analyze multiple datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, dashboards).
  • Exceptional oral, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with NetSuite Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with OpenAir administration.
  • Experience as a DocuSign user and administrator.
  • Experience with Power BI.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,00 - $105,000. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
