Senior Product Owner

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 

• 7+ years in Information Technology related field 

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally with exposure to B2B integration or supply chain environments. 

• Demonstrated experience with Agile practices, including backlog management and participation in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). 

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) 

• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical teams and external partners. 

• Goal and outcome oriented with excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and demonstrable experience motivating others 

• Familiarity with integration technologies and standards  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Direct experience working within supply chain or order fulfillment processes 

• Hands on technical experience or ability to relate to technical topics and participate in conversations about architecture and development 

• Familiarity with incident and support systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage post-production support effectively. 
• Experience with integration technologies and standards (EDI, JSON, Flat Files, cXML) as well as understanding of backend systems such as Oracle EBS and middleware like WebMethods. 
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the usage of new technologies, frameworks, and tools
