Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators &amp; Design Thinkers and help us to offer services that empower people to create technology that is invented for life.</p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Checking of incoming payments in SAP;</li><li>Posting of incoming payments in SAP;</li><li>Reconciliation and monitoring of interfaces, including correction of mistakes;</li><li>Reconciliation of credit notes and debit notes;</li><li>Creating and sending statements of account;</li><li>Accounts and balance reconciliation;</li><li>Month end reconciliation of Inter unit customers;</li><li>Clarification of customers requests;</li><li>Support of year end closing activities in the area of AR IFRS and local GAAP;</li><li>Perform Collection activities on customers accounts;</li><li>Preparing the customer statements of accounts, dunning letters;</li><li>Management of customers in administration/liquidation;</li><li>Follow up and resolving the rejected direct debits from customers;</li><li>Reimbursements;</li><li>Write offs bad debts;</li><li>Work on Unapplied cash;</li><li>Solving customers queries related to the invoices;</li><li>Attending phone calls from customers and initiating the calls to them.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting;</li><li>Finance, Economics, or related degree;</li><li>At least two years working knowledge in Financial accounting;</li><li>Fluently spoken and written of French and English; any other language in a plus;</li><li>Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MS Office;</li><li>Positive attitude;</li><li>Analytical skills;</li><li>Ability to constantly improve performance;</li><li>Ability to work in a structured and careful way;</li><li>Customer service and communication skills;</li><li>Team player and ability to work in a flexible way.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>#LikeABosch Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexible benefits</strong> - On top of your salary, we offer you 2700 Ron / year, via your benefits account, which can be used according to your preferences;</li><li><strong>The 13-th salary - </strong>Your contribution to Bosch is valuable.
