• Guide customers through the buying process with energy and professionalism
• Present Kia’s lineup with confidence and product knowledge
• Build lasting relationships that create customers for life
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a fast paced environment
• Partner with finance and management teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business

What We Are Looking For

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• A positive attitude with hunger to achieve and exceed goals
• Strong closing ability and willingness to be coached
• Drive to thrive in a high energy, competitive environment

• Valid driver’s license
