Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Head of People to shape Mindgram’s unique talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions (usage of AI is highly welcome!)

• Leverage various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top-tier talent.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both the company and the candidates.

• Drive the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, nurturing a robust talent pipeline.

• Continuously analyze and optimize our recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent who align with our mission, values, and goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
