Inside Sales Supervisor

Job Description

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for all daily activity of their team and coordination for key accounts in order to deliver exemplary levels of customer service.

As the team's performance is pivotal to this role, they will be working alongside the outside sales team to build strong relationships with customers with efficient turnaround of requests for technical quotations.

This role provides the opportunity to escalate needs for the team, as needed, and collaborate with other departments (Contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing etc) to ensure the customers’ requirements are met in full. This role manages up to 8 direct reports at this time.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels to different customer types (verbal, written and presentation).
• Robust organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Extensive knowledge of valve automation products.
• Technical education, preferably a bachelor’s in electrical or mechanical engineering (other engineering fields or equivalent experience will also be considered). 
• Experience in using ERP and CRM Systems.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics for sales strategy development.
• Ability to understand technical specifications.
• Good communication skills, customer focused, strong multitasker and good at executing tasks.
• Proactive approach to challenges in order to find solutions to customer issues.
