Partner with the best

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Product Management, responsible for operationalizing product strategy for Akamai's Cloud. You will drive operational excellence for product and product related initiatives through business analysis, aligning with customer needs, and driving superlative process improvements. Cross-functional collaboration is crucial to this role as you will work closely with stakeholders across the business.

As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Empowering strategic decision making by utilizing business analysis to inform recommendations, and work cross-functionally to drive execution
• Leading operational reporting, analytics, and business insights for relevant business groups (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• Collaborating with Product Managers to manage to key performance indicators
• Understanding factors and areas of opportunity to drive the business towards better and proactive decision making
• Optimizing processes to support decision making at scale
• Contributing to the future of our Product Operations function through development of business cases and ROI analysis.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy or Product related role
• Have an understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technology
• Have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and experience with SQL query syntax
• Possess experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision, and building rudimentary dashboards
• Have experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all levels of the organization
• Be a problem solver, quickly identify issues, and propose solutions that drive business value
