ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will monitor end-to-end shipment processes, especially deliveries at risk of delay, and support actions to improve on-time performance. You will set and track operational KPIs, analyze routine reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify issues and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with operations teams, follow up on ongoing projects, and share key insights. Additionally, you will monitor forecast performance and related risks, taking necessary actions to support smooth and efficient operations.
