Information Technology - Technology Support Specialist

Reports To: Director of Technology Exempt

Core Functions:
• Provide end-user technical support for computer systems, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, mobile devices, phones, and copiers.
• Document, monitor, analyze and resolve technology service ticket requests.
• Develop training programs in response to end-user needs.
• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, Helpdesk Ticketing system & data.
• Administer various SaaS systems.

Technical Knowledge & Experience
• 1 to 3 years related experience.
• Thorough technical knowledge of desktop support, network and server administration.
• Proficiency in Azure Entra, Adobe Acrobat, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, Linux, MAC/Apple software and technologies.
• SharePoint Management
• VPN remote access experience preferred.
• The ability to quickly troubleshoot systems and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of integrity and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and the desire to provide customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to effectively execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• The ability to work long and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Education
• BS in Computer Science or commensurate job experience.
• Microsoft, A+ N+ and Apple/Mac certifications preferred.

Work Environment
• The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
• Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required. Required to work all home games. May have to work occasional holidays.
• Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
• Computer and desk work represents a significant part of daily activities.
• Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time.
• Rarely is lifting more than 50 pounds required but lifting more than 20 pounds is required.
• Job duties may require employee to drive company vehicle and drive personal vehicle.
