Job Description:

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of SaaS and technology products designed to optimize the ecommerce experience for merchants. The Director of Product will lead cross-functional product pods — spanning engineering, design, and data — from strategy through delivery, with full accountability for product outcomes and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in both build and scale modes: someone equally comfortable standing up net-new products, running structured PMF experiments, and driving an established product toward aggressive revenue targets. The portfolio carries a $20M revenue goal, and the Director will be expected to own that number — from pricing strategy to go-to-market to customer retention.

A working knowledge of AI and experience developing AI-enabled products is expected. This leader will identify where AI can create differentiated value in the merchant ecommerce journey and partner with data science and engineering to bring those capabilities to market.

This is a people leader role. The Director will manage and develop a team of Product Managers, build a high-performing product culture, and serve as a strong voice in cross-functional and executive conversations.
