The Digital Solutions team provides access to a unique ecosystem of product managers, digital natives, data scientists, developers and other partners to accelerate the digital transformation of Siemens Gamesa.</p><p></p><p><b>How to contribute to our vision</b></p><p></p><p>As a Senior Digital Advisor, you are going to lead by knowledge the ideation and innovation in digital product and service developments as well as provide the team guidance on operational excellence. You act as a trusted senior advisor to SGRE executives and business teams to envision the digital future for SGRE providing expertise in different sectors &amp; processes, acting as a pivotal role in for different projects. You drive an agile mindset change in SGRE business teams by challenging the status quo and injecting innovative ideas that will transform our company’s business and operating model.</p><p></p><p>As a Senior Digital Advisor, you will bring external view on different business perspectives, providing benchmark from different sectors into our digital product teams, being the representative of the business perspective and the lead for adding extra knowledge to our actual business, making sure that our products and processes are delivered with the most business value to SGRE and its customers. You will focus on defining and validating the customer problem(s), requirements, and processes with the aim to solve and help us develop new product or service ideas. You support us in prioritizing our product investments based on your commercial and strategic analysis.</p><p>Within your Community of Practice, and beyond you will lead and optimize our existing products and services. You drive the change needed in their implementation and moderate stakeholder alignment in close collaboration with product management.</p><p></p><p><b>What you need to make a difference</b></p><ul><li>Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change: We need you to be as excited as we are to work on accelerating the world’s energy transition.</li><li>We expect you to have gained relevant years of experience in Strategy and Transformation consulting, digital product and agile project management or a related field. Leading teams and abroad working experiences are a welcomed plus.</li><li>Experience in Digital Product Management to lead Digital Investigations and define new Digital products, as well as leading the development of the products, focusing on roadmap planning, feature definition, and product implementation with experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to drive product success and innovation. PMP, ACP-PMI, SCRUM or similar certifications are a plus.</li><li>Experience in advanced business process optimization projects (as-is and to-be process analysis and definition, as well as process improvements identification). Lean Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain processes, Maintenance &amp; Services, having Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certifications is highly appreciated.</li><li>Passion for understanding business issues and demonstrated skills leading complex workshops &amp; situations.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in value levers assessment and business case preparation. Additional experience in data analysis is welcomed, as well as experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong background in market assessment and benchmarking, with cross industry experience that can leverage the actual company processes.</li><li>Problem solving and decision-making capabilities
