JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) is hiring a Senior Associate to support the Card & Connected Commerce Advocacy Solutions Group, within JPMC’s Consumer & Community Banking division.
As the Senior Associate, Business Product Advocacy you will support the team in managing and executing programs designed to drive business outcomes for JPMC. These programs will bring together JPMC’s business resources, partnerships, data and thought leadership to shape the conversation around existing and new policies. You will work in close partnership with the Card & Connected Commerce, Government Relations, Communications, Strategy and business leaders across the firm to plan and execute work to support advocacy – from product design to stakeholder and industry engagement.
Job responsibilities:
- Support execution of multi-disciplinary strategic, integrated communications campaigns in support of advocacy priorities
- Support the tracking of results; measure effectiveness of advocacy in terms of data-driven indicators and KPIs
- Manage coordinated work across multi-disciplinary teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2-3 years experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills (ability to manage multiple, high priority initiatives concurrently
- Work independently, drive deliverables, ability to build relationships across all levels, and influence key stakeholders
- Be results-oriented, intellectually curious with attention to detail and bias towards action
- Be able to interview subject matter experts, compile large amounts of information, and communicate research to senior leadership in multiple formats
