Overview

Responsible for the development and execution of strategic recruitment practices and programs to attract top talent by leveraging advanced technology, collaborating with diverse business lines and all levels of management and leading a high functioning, high volume Talent Acquisition team. This position leads the Talent Acquisition teams responsible for the recruitment of 280+ Ambulatory/Outpatient Physician Practices, Advanced Practice Providers and Physician Recruitment.Education

• Bachelor Level Degree required
• Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, Business or related area preferred

Experience

• 5 years management experience required
• 10 years recruitment experience required

This is a Hybrid role in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$101,504.00-$188,510.40.
