Job Description
This role is based at our New York Design Office. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the execution of Kohl's influencer efforts, support paid and organic social campaigns to drive sales and traffic and garner ongoing press and engagement for Kohl's.
What You’ll Do
Support influencer and talent-led content and strategies, incorporating data-driven insights, relevant social trends, and channel best practices
Act as an internal subject matter expert for influencer strategy, including regularly reporting on results and opportunities to a range of internal stakeholders
Build and maintain internal and agency relationships to effectively collaborate across the organization to execute influencer programs and activations that align with brand strategies and annual marketing plans
Maintain a pulse on new and emerging creator trends and platform testing, learning, and experimenting in ways that feel authentic to the brand
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure influencer activations work across the marketing funnel
Support execution across best-in-class influencer/partner programs, brand campaigns, gifting and events
Develop creator briefs, plans, recaps and reports, and leverage learning to optimize and improve content and performance
Support press, experiential, social content and engagement teams
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Experiential Marketing, or other applicable areas of study
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, consumer public relations, and/or experiential marketing
Understanding of the retail and/or corporate environment
Preferred
Experience working with different social media spaces (Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Threads)
Experience working with various social media dashboards and monitoring tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Khoros, HootSuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Netbase, etc.)
Experience working with/for agencies
