We are looking for:

• An Enterprise Architect to drive the digital strategy design in close alignment with the business, own the transformation roadmap and ensure a consistent IT architecture across all domains
• A strategist that understands the specificities of modern technology and infrastructure across domains and can challenge and guide technical architecture design

We count on you for:

• Design and establish a modular, state of the art digital & IT architecture that is flexible and scalable with business needs and supports business differentiating initiatives with state-of-the-art, tailored solutions
• Design the digital strategy together with product teams and the business to guide IT investment decisions and to build the transformation roadmap
• Lead proactively and holistically and support Enterprise Architects activities that strategically guide business and operating models, people, processes and technology
• Work closely with strategy and business leaders  to create alignment between business and IT
• Clarify strategic intentions, identifies business outcomes, explore implications, impacts and risks, and address stakeholders’ questions. 
• Help strategy and business leaders understand, apply, monetize and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models. 
• Act as design authority by developing standards and guidelines for service delivery teams and advise on realization of transformation projects
• Develop and maintain the target architecture across Data, Applications, Infrastructure and Cyber Security to realize digital strategy, optimize the IT landscape and manage technical debt
• Setup and maintain a central EA repository to document current and future architecture and provide reporting towards senior leadership

You will bring:

• A master's degree and strong business or IT experience.
• Management experience in business transformation and optimization, strategic planning, leadership, business relationship management, and business process management.
• Strategic and architectural mindset and thinking
• Experience in facilitating multi-disciplined, high-performance, and agile teams
• Knowledge in designing and constructing enterprise wide application, data, infrastructure and cyber security landscapes
• Comprehensive knowledge of project and product facilitation and organizational change management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and knowledge of skills and knowledge of common Enterprise Architect and IT frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL) and  Enterprise Architect artifacts and methods

You will get:

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $116,000 to $181,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
