Job Summary:

In this role, you will design and develop the overall system, critical solutions, and platform standards that align with multi-year roadmaps and core architectural strategy. You will evaluate performance, compliance, industry trends, and anticipated market changes to make recommendations for service improvements that will optimize and scale critical systems to meet program and customer needs. #LI-TN1

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, installation, provisioning, troubleshooting, reporting, and oversight for infrastructure and application management systems  
• Responsible for application configuration and script creation to meet program and customer needs  
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure consistent standard operating environments  
• Evaluates and analyzes systems, performance, issues, and metrics to provide recommendations for service improvements  
• Creates and maintains standards, policies, processes, system documentation and disaster recovery plans relating to infrastructure and application management environments  
• Assists in the design of enterprise application, information, and integration architecture platform standards, evaluating technologies, designing solutions, and reference architecture  
• Participates in requirement reviews with functions and other business stakeholders  
• Learns and understands market trends and the potential impact on the organization

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (on-prem), Microsoft Azure AD and related infrastructure (cloud).
• Collaborate with clients and support groups to troubleshoot AD authentication, Azure AD authentication, DNS, DFS, Group Policy, Server OS, network, etc.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies with emphasis on identity services
• Positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with willingness to explore new identity technologies under review with a desire to becoming a subject matter expert.
