​Qualifications:

• 3-4 years' experience as a General Manager REQUIRED

• Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED

• Used Car Focus REQUIRED

• Ability to drive the team to High Performance ever day through leadership REQUIRED

• Audi or high line brand experience PREFERRED

• Focused on OEM approvability

• Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set
