Full time working 3 shifts per week from 1900-0730. Includes every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.304EF is a 24 bed (all private rooms) Medical/Telemetry unit with a Respiratory focus. We are the only unit in the system that takes care of ventilator patients, other than an ICU. Although respiratory is our focus, we take care of a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses including COPD, CHF, diabetic ulcers, cellulitis and pneumonia. High-acuity patients, just below the acuity of an ICU
Major Responsibilities:
- Uses the nursing process to assess the needs of the patient, plan and implement individualized interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care. Includes the patient and family in planning and implementing care and develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum.
