- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexibility: Some schedule flexibility - schedule must be discussed with and approved by the manager or team lead.
- On-call requirements: Weekday on-call rotation from 4:30 PM–8:00 PM; Weekend and holiday on-call rotation from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; 1 winter and 1 summer holidays
The primary assignment area is Chicago area, with a secondary coverage area that includes Evanston, Niles, Morton Grove, Skokie, and Glenview.
Pay Range:
$30.70 - $46.05Major Responsibilities:
Provides initial psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counseling, bereavement services, and community referrals that are appropriate to meet the specialized needs of the terminally ill.
