Team Lead - Converting (Second Shift)

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, with the potential for overtime, Saturdays and holidays.

• Communicate production needs with team members
• Ensure Operators have all materials needed to do their job
• Assist Operators with machine issues
• Train, adhere to and enforce all safety rules and company policies
• Assist with coaching employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Prior manufacturing lead experience strongly preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook email preferred
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written)
• Experience driving a sit down forklift and 24 foot box truck preferred
• Must be able to work some Saturdays and holidays when necessary
