Director of Success Initiatives

Role: 
Role focuses on meeting instructional student success measures related to FIPSE grant and training.
**Role is contingent upon grant funding (4 year grant).**
 
The salary for this position is  $94,1369.03  -  $141,205.25  per year.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • 20% Lead and implement Instructional change initiatives related to College processes and technologies to include fundamentally FIPSE grant goals, objectives, and reporting.
  • 20%  Drive AI adoption and proficiency of changes within the College/Community Partners.
  • 10%  Develop strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, and end-user training.
  • 10% Oversee team execution in accordance with plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
    10% Develop short and long-term goals and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational plan.
    10% Lead/facilitate meetings with various areas of the College to ensure an understanding of College values, and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
  • 10% Provide direct support and coaching to College/Texoma communities as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • 10% Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders across campuses and instructional, and training sites.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long-term disability insurances available

Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Experience:  Two years to five years of similar or related experience. 
  • Education:   A Master's degree or a specialized certification program taking one year or more of coursework beyond a Bachelor's degree.
  • Interpersonal Skills:  The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job and a high level of interpersonal skills is critical to the success of this position. Work frequently involves contacts requiring considerable discussion of problems, material presentations, and resolving issues impacting departments or divisions.
  • Other Skills:  Ability to research complex federal and state regulatory guidance as well as college policies and procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Physical Requirements:   The work is typically sedentary. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to do the work.
