Job Overview
TE Connectivity Data and Device Business Unit seeks a dynamic and proactive Quality Program Manager to support the new product design center. In this role, you will leverage extensive project management experience, deep analytical capabilities, and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
You will manage a team of Quality Program Managers, mitigate project risk, manage customer initial requirements, and audit NPI projects. You will collaborate with the final manufacturing location and share best practices and lessons learned. You will be involved in NPI complaint investigations, collecting documents and in-process records, conducting postmortem reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of a control plan for NPI shipments, supplier development, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams.
- Set clear program objectives, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
- Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
- Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
- Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
- Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
- Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
- Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
- Support a culture of engagement and performance in alignment with TE’s core values.
- Provide timely, thoughtful feedback to support your team’s growth and development.

What your background should look like:
Success requires strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strategic analysis and planning capabilities involving complex situations, and highly developed oral and written communication skills.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
- Experience with end-to-end program management experience driving operational or supply chain process improvements that yield high returns
- Good written and oral English communication.
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
- Proven experience in project management and quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of NPI processes and quality management systems.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $94,000 - $141,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
