About the role

The Program Intern works closely with the program management teams, helping drive programs from concept to completion while developing practical project management and operational skills.

Job Duties: 

  • Assists the program management team with the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of program activities
  • Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in preparing reports and presentations to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Maintains organized project documentation, updates databases, and supports scheduling and correspondence
  • Participates in team meetings, takes detailed notes, and assists with preparing materials and logistics for internal and external events
  • Takes ownership of assigned business-focused projects under the guidance of senior staff, contributing ideas and solutions
  • Others duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing, or have recently acquired, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Communications, required

Experience:

  • Leadership experience, preferred

Certifications/Licensure:

  • N/A

Software:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Salesforce, or Google Workspace, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
