What You'll do:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to develop effective test plans;
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases to ensure software functionality and performance;
- Perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, and system testing;
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps using bug-tracking tools;
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing features;
- Perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to identify edge cases and hidden issues;
- Validate UX and usability to ensure intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly software;
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve software quality;
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and quality metrics;
- Ensure compliance with company standards, security, and QA best practices;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fiel;
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SDLC and STLC;
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps);
- Background in testing SaaS, Web, and Mobile applications;
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI);
- Basic SQL knowledge for database validation;
- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing;
- Familiarity with test automation concepts (even in a primarily manual QA role);
- Exposure to CI/CD environments and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Docker;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
- Proficiency in English.
