ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Developer to join our team in Aurora, CO. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
• Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
• Apply senior level knowledge of security concepts and networks.
• Provide guidance to other CNO developers on the team.
• Ensure software standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
• Experience with CNO capability development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software analysis and reverse engineering
• Experience with low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)
• Experience with unit testing
• Experience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar
• Experience managing or leading teams
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00.
