The Occupational Health Services Supervisor is operationally responsible for ensuring duties are handled timely, efficiently, and accurately. They will provide supervisory direction, general guidance, and coaching to department members. The Supervisor will support training and development for specialists and team leads. A successful Supervisor will champion the subject matter of the department as well as artfully handle people management and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Reports directly to Manager, Occupational Health Services
- Coordinates daily workflow for efficiency and coordinate assignments among teams
- Leads and supports the daily operations of a team of 20-25+ employees.
- Motivates, coaches, and develops their team members on an on-going basis.
- Meets with specialists to recognize good behaviors, provide coaching on needed improvement, and ensure action and follow up plans are created as needed.
- Communicates clear expectations and behaviors through individual and team meetings and builds accountability within the team
- Uses metrics to identify needed performance improvement, customer trends and other areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
- Audits completed reports for content and accuracy, maintaining ISO standards.
- Completes and maintains department scorecards for each employee as they relate to attendance, production, and other necessary reviews.
- Reports daily, weekly, and monthly to Department Manager on team’s progress and quality; processes weekly reports for submission to management.
- Adheres to confidentiality guidelines and legal compliance regulations as required.
- Supports training of new and existing employees on all updated processes
- Ensures that all employees on the team follow the company’s policy/procedures.
- Training and development team members in the area of customer service.
Qualifications/Experience
- High school degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a job whereby customer service and attention to detail is required.
- 1-3 years previous lead/supervisory experience in high volume/fast paced environment preferred.
- 1-3 years of call center experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience to include exposure to data entry and/or data integrity preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Professional phone demeanor skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently required
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills preferred.
