Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and achieve marketing goals. This role involves content creation, community management, and data analysis to optimise social media performance.

You will use your excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the digital tools and platforms used. You'll also be able to use your multitasking skills and your ability to prioritise tasks and communicate priorities, needs, and issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of social media management experience, preferably within IT companies or marketing agencies.

• Proven track record of creating successful content for multiple platforms, with a portfolio showcasing past work.

• Proficient in using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to make informed decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with experience in project management.

• Experience in keeping abreast of industry changes and implementing innovative social media strategies, with a history of successful trend adaptation.

Responsibilities

You'll be joining an Agile team, in a role that focuses on 3 key areas:

Social Media platforms 

• Creating and adapting the annual social media strategy, focusing on supporting client facing posts, recruitment initiatives and increasing brand awareness, all following the Editorial Calendar, company strategy and objectives, and considering trends and key events.
• Creating content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Clutch), in-line with priorities, tone of voice, and positioning.
• Monitoring, analysing, and fast reporting on comments and social media metrics.
• Monitoring platforms like Glassdoor, Undelucram.ro, Joberty.
• Maintaining the company profile up to date on all social media channels and key platforms.
• Monitoring social media trends, industry news, competitor activity, and using social listening to gain insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Collaborating with the Marketing & Communication team, SMEs and other contributors to create engaging, sharable content for social media channels.

Visual and communication creation and improvement

• Working with the Brand Specialist and internal and external providers to create assets that will be used on social media; creating and adapting already existing visuals in Canva, according to the Brand Manual;
• Creating engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content, adapting it based on the specific of each platform.
• Curating relevant content from industry sources to supplement the content in the Editorial calendar.

Analysis and Reporting

• Creating clear and transparent social media reports, following relevant metrics for each platform, and analysing the monthly and quarterly evolution.
• Evaluating the user’s experience across all channels and identifying the user’s touchpoints. Follows-up with dedicated reports whenever needed.
