Location: New York City - Hybrid (3-days a week)
As a Credit Associate, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the credit team with our customers, prospects, and internal teams to achieve significant outcomes and drive exponential growth within our credit business. This junior role requires a versatile professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in credit markets, investment banking, or crypto credit roles. You will support and lead mission-critical projects in a dynamic and rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Research Analysis: Institutional credit lending and trading credit, book trading, institutional sales, and current DeFi/Crypto market trends.
- Scaling our Book of Business: Assist senior sales and credit team members with credit trading, booking trades, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Project management: Valuable connector, bridging gaps and facilitating communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep projects on target.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, risk, trading, or credit analytics, with a bonus for having a mix of traditional finance and crypto experience
- An ability to balance multiple projects that require various skills such as credit modeling, creating presentations, project management, answering DDQs, and working with internal stakeholders to help build out a robust credit desk.
- Robust skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides are a must.
- Concise, influential, and authentic communicator both verbally and in written communication.
- High gear operator who does not take no for an answer.
- Superb judgment and integrity, unparalleled confidentiality, and sophistication in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work with internal teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency in deal execution.
Nice to haves:
- Crypto experience a plus, particularly DeFi credit facilities.
- Have an interest in financial markets, particularly related to credit markets.
Compensation
Base pay for this role is expected to be between $144,000 and $160,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
