Full Stack Tech Lead

Description

abra is looking for a hands-on Technological Lead (Full Stack) with a strong client-side and UI focus.

The role involves leading frontend-oriented development, driving complex digital projects end-to-end, and actively contributing code.

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale B2C web platforms and CMS-based systems, work closely with multiple development teams, and ensure high code quality, performance, accessibility, and security.

This role requires technical leadership, including code reviews, design documentation, architectural decision-making, and guiding experienced developers while remaining deeply hands-on.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technological Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer
• Strong hands-on experience in responsive web development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Practical experience developing accessible web applications (WCAG AA)
• Solid experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful services
• Experience with source control systems (Git, TFS)

Strong Advantages

• Frontend development experience with React and/or Angular
• Backend development experience with PHP and/or Java
• Experience working with Drupal CMS
• Experience in Agile environments
• Background in B2C digital products with large-scale end-user exposure
• Familiarity with performance, security, and scalability considerations
