CCHS Head Softball Coach

Calvary Chapel High School, a Christ-centered private high school competing in the CIF Southern Section, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable coach to lead our softball program. The ideal candidate is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, integrating faith and character formation with competitive excellence.

• Be an example to those who you come in contact and serve with by exuding the love of Christ.
• Understand that it is a privilege to serve the Lord in vocational ministry and that those who serve God on staff at CCCM are expected to embrace a high biblical, Christ-like standard of conduct and lifestyle, both public and personal.
• Model a growing relationship with Christ; lead prayer and team devotions.
• Build a healthy, competitive team culture focused on character, teamwork, and perseverance.
• Plan and lead practices, manage game strategy, and mentor athletes.
• Manage team budget.
• Communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff.
• Organize all aspects of the season, including tournaments, facilities, and logistics.
• Uphold CIF-SS rules, school policies, and student-athlete safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success coaching volleyball at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to discipleship and mentoring student-athletes.
