$41.10 - $61.65EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree with five years' experience in Business Management, Financial Analysis or related field required. M.B.A or other related Master's degree from an accredited program preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Manages staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of departmental objectives. Provides leadership to staff to ensure short and long term goals are met by developing standards of performance and capitalizing on employee strengths. 2. Works cooperatively with other departments within the Medical Center to ensure collaboration on special projects and implements services supporting the mission and objectives of the Hospital. 3. Assumes responsibility for financial performance by meeting financial objectives for the department and division through operational and capital equipment budget preparation, CE requests, budget and inventory monitoring. 4.
