Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments and ensure the clinic's schedule runs smoothly.
• Pricing: Provide information about the clinic's services, pricing, and policies
• Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing clear and helpful information to clients.
• Pet Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all patients.
• Client Education: Provide information on clinic services, preventive care, and wellness programs.
• Online store: Will need to be able to manage and assist with questions about our online store.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations.
