Salary – $18.76 - $31.10 Hourly Wage

Key Responsibilities This is a journey level job. Incumbents perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance/construction duties requiring independent ability to organize and complete maintenance or construction projects, including technical consultation and limited design work, materials and cost estimates, plus compliance with applicable codes. The best qualified candidate for this position will have 3 or more years of experience in facility/building maintenance.

Supplemental Information
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined areas, bend and crouch and work with hazardous chemicals.
- Must be able to see and hear.
- Must be available for On Call.
