Why We Need you!

If you are passionate about understanding customers’ needs and telling their stories, the Associate Customer Marketing Specialist role is for you! You will work with our marketing and sales teams to identify and nurture customers that have had fantastic results with Ivanti solutions and encourage them to tell their stories and advocate on behalf of Ivanti. This role has a direct impact on new sales and retaining current customers, and in building long term loyalty.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage and maintain a customer reference database.
• Identify and source suitable referenceable customers to fulfill sales and marketing requests.
• Curate customer reference related materials including reference customer contacts, customer quotes/feedback, customer success stories, and peer reviews .
• Help create customer advocacy materials such as presentation slides, documents, and data sheets for both internal and external use.
• Help recruit new customer references.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• 1-3 years working in a professional environment.
• Experience with project management tools and methods.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience in creating marketing materials a plus.
• Comfort with managing multiple requests and projects at the same time.
• Experience or interest in working with people across countries and cultures.
• Previous experience in software or other technology companies is a plus.
