Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation) - Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

Description
We are growing our community -focused and hospital-based rehabilitation programs. We are actively recruiting for motivated, professional, and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team. This autonomous professional practice position works in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide skilled, compassionate, and high-quality rehabilitative care to our clients in the inpatient and outpatient settings as they work to regain independence, improve movement and mobility due to illness, injury, surgery, aging, or other disorders. There are opportunities to work with our orthopedic clinic patients, assist in the rehabilitation of our inpatient patient population and support programs where our patient seek assistance to manage pain, meet fitness goals, or prevent injury.
The Physical Therapist, in an in-patient or out-patient setting, will use the physical therapy process in the delivery of patient care to carry out an individualized program of physical therapy to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals including:
- Assessment
- Treatment
- Planning
- Implementation
- Education
- Communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (preferred)
- Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
- Current Physical Therapist license in Vermont in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
